Private Sessions

This is your time. Vinyasa flow sessions that connect movement with breath. Let's focus specifically on your goals. With one on one sessions, we will focus on proper alignment, building a foundation, while cultivating a little heat in the process.

Group Sessions

Grab a friend or two! What better way to practice than with someone you love? In group sessions, we will focus on your goals and have a little fun!
